Dr. Stephane Nwolley Jnr is a leading voice in Africa’s technology and innovation landscape, renowned for his work at the intersection of artificial intelligence, big data, and digital transformation. He is the Founder and CEO of Npontu Technologies, a Ghana-based digital solutions company leveraging advanced technologies to drive sustainable impact across sectors.
With a PhD in ICT Management (Big Data) from CASS Europe, Dr. Nwolley combines academic excellence with practical industry leadership. As an adjunct lecturer at Ashesi University, he contributes to shaping the next generation of African tech leaders while championing responsible AI and data governance.
Dr. Nwolley has spoken at global platforms such as the WTO Ministerial Conference, PASET Forum, and the Ghana Tech Summit, where he advocates for Africa’s active participation in shaping global tech policies. He currently chairs the ICT Sector at the Association of Ghana Industries and serves on the board of the CSIR College of Science and Technology.
